1. You are not allowed to take the car outside UAE
The rented vehicle is not legal to be driven outside the UAE. Therefore, It is strictly not allowed to take rented car while crossing the border.
2. Insurance policy
Lost or any damage to the vehicle will not be covered in insurance policy.
3. Charges and security deposits 
This amount should be paid in advance. Most rental companies have the policy that you should pay charges and security deposit for the vehicle in advance. Accordingly it is advisable to pay the advance through cheque or credit card for the registered driving licence.
4. Drivers should possess registered driving license

You should have a valid UAE driver’s licence. But if you own international driving licence or driving licence from reputed countries, you don’t need to get UAE driving licence to drive on the UAE roads.

5. Minimum age limit
Age limit for driver is minimum twenty one years.
6. Accident breakdown policy
In case of accident the renter must notify the police if the vehicle gets damaged in an accident the rental company may charge you for the loss. Also in case your car doesn’t work properly or breaks down you must contact the company immediately otherwise they may charge you for the damage.
7. Traffic fine policy

For instance, the driver was charged with some traffic fines. Then the company will recover it from security deposit

8. Additional facilities

 Charges for additional facilities are applied. Such as for facilities including driver navigation system, car delivery, etc.
