You can contact us via phone or WhatsApp to know what cars are currently available. After we confirm the availability of the car you can book it immediately by paying 10% down-paymnet and the rest of the amount when the car is delivered to you or when you go to pick it up. 

This depends entirely on the guest and the host and whatever they are comfortable with. Guests may request that the host delivers the car to their chosen location (extra charges may apply). Each listing already comes with a predisposed location where the car is readily available from. The guest should go to that location and pick up and drop off the car at the same location. 

Yes, you can cancel any trip. If you cancel 24 hours before the start of the trip, then you’ll be refunded in full. If you cancel a trip less than 24 hours before the start of the trip, you will be charged 20% of the trip. 

The host may require you to verify your identity; therefore, it’s important that you carry your Emirates ID/passport (with valid visa) and your driver’s license. If you are not a citizen or resident of the UAE, you can still use Ezze services if you have an international license. The UAE also recognizes driver’s licenses from 35 countries. Ezze verifies all the cars and hosts listed on our platform and we take this matter very seriously. If the car if materially different than the car you booked, unfit for the road or dirty, contact Ezze support and we will immediately intervene and book a replacement vehicle for you. 

To begin with, ensure that you or anyone else involved is safe and unhurt. If there has been an accident, immediately get in touch with the police and follow their directions. Once the police has been contacted, get in touch with the host of the car. If the host is not responding, contact Ezze support and we will help you navigate. We wish you a safe journey!
