Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many hosts are offering flexible options for their guests in order to:
Maintain the physical distance with guests at least 2 meters and to gain the well-being of the drivers.
Check-in procedures are different from a host to another. As a guest, you have to make sure to check the listing descriptions for each car before booking.
If the host offers an option for contactless check-in, they will be able to:
1. Verify your identity remotely before the trip starts.
2. Lockboxes kept in the car will allow you to get the vehicle keys without meeting the host in person.
If you and the host choose to meet in person, we recommend you both follow the instructions below:
- Maintain social distancing not less than 2 meters.
- Wear your face mask all the time.
- Sanitize your hands before and after the meeting.
- Wash your hands immediately from 20-30 seconds.
